I am trialing Backup Exec for Windows Servers 12.5 to see it it will restore mail messages from a GRT backup of Exchange 2003. I have installed the Agent from 12.5 on my Exchange server and the full backup of the Infromation Store completed without errors. On the restore, when I try to open a mailbox I get the following error: [backup Exec Catalog Driver](You must install additional languages on this computer to view the content in this section. Refer to your Microsoft documentation for more information).
I have mailboxes that receive emails in Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
What do I have to do to resolve this? I want to be sure that version 12.5 WILL restore individual emails before I upgrade from 11d.
