Hi Guys, we have has an Access denied error message when trying to backup our exchange 2007 mailboxes for quite a while and have gone through everything to try and solve this and found that the only way at the moment is to create a user defined selection list with the IP address of the mail server which works. if we do the same using the FQDN of the server then we get the access denied.
Everything to do with the DNS on the server is fine and we can ping with ip and fqdn names both ways from either Exchange 2007 server or the backup exec server.
Anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening?
