In a Windows NT 4.0 server, the installation of the Backup Exec Version 7.3 was removed , when we try to effect the new installation is presented a described message of error in the document id: 190941, effecting the procedures of this document the error remain. somebody have some another solution for this problem. thanks for the aid.

Basiically it says to redownload the install file and the BNTIDRV files, and expand them to different directories and then try the install again.

ken, this also already was fact, without success. When we try to install, the installation does not initiate setup of mdac, and soon it presents the error message.
