backup exec 2012 rd1000 DRIVE IMG deletion issue

We are VARS and have over 8 of our clients now running  BE2012 with RD1000 drives.

They are all having issues with overwrites.  BE overwrites the BKF files withing the veritas directory, however the IMG files that are created in the root of the rd1000 just sit and collected.  We have a great deal of upset client who are think of dumping the product and going to MOZIPRO.

This is a serious issue and needs to be corrected immediately.

Yet another thread swept under the carpet as the Software continues to get annoying GUI updates and doesn't rectify quite possibly the most epic bug in any backup software to date.

Why has it taken over 3 years (and counting) to make your software be able to remove some files IT has created on a simple USB device?
