backup exec server service errors

Hello, I looked around looking for a solution how ever i was unable to file one. The problme i have is every time the backup exec server trys to start it errors out. The error i recive is a runtime error from microsoft C++. i saw in other posts that a beserver.exe -consol was requested.  soo...

...run a repair of Backup Exec using Add/Remove Programs and try this again.

If that doesn't work, open up BEutility.exe and run a repair of the BEDB.

First, stop all BE services including the SQL instance and browse to \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data directory and check for the presence of a large job log file (XML format). Remove the file from this location. Start the SQL instance followed by the BE services.

If this doesn't help, then run a repair of .NET and Backup Exec.
