belnapi.exe error

Hello.

I have 2 different errors on the lotus domino console:

Error 1: Process H:\Program Files\Symantech\Backup Exec\belnapi.exe (10032/0x2730) has terminated abnormally

Error 2: Process H:\Program Files\Symantech\Backup Exec\belnapi.exe (5916/0x171C) has terminated abnormally

My server is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2, Lotus Domino Server Version 7.03, Backup Exec 12 Sp.1 with this hot fix installed: 300831,302980,302982,302418,304179,304586,303865,17,304662,304389,304964,304392.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Same problem, BackupExec 12 SP1 & Notes 7.0.2
Have applied the 2 registry fixes but same problem, although fix says to stop service and srestart still same problem so even rebooted server but still fails.
I see that this is still outstanding form a June post down the list
