Hi All
I've got problem after upgrade to BE 21.1.
When i add new linux server, there always error like this
BEMSDK failure code : E0009B63
What should I do ?

Do all other backups work?
If so, then remove that one account for that Linux server from the Logon Accounts and then re-add it.
If all backups having issues as well, then i would suggest to open a case with technical support.

Im already retry to add remove logon account its solved,
but i have found other problem when i 'm trying to backup looks like this.
After i check the credential Login on 27/02/2021 its failed
but last night 26/02/2021 it was good credential
Whats wrong with BE 21.1 ?????
actually it happen after I upgrade from BE 16 to 21.1.

Let me rephrase one of my questions again:
- Can you backup any other server successfully?
- Can you backup any other Linux sever successfully?
In addition:
- What OS is on this server "smart apps" ?
General thought, if the test credential works then stops working and then works again, indicates that there is something else on that Linux system which interferes.
To check that, could you go and reconfigure the agent on the Linux server, just go through the agent config and re-add the same username, does afterwards the credential test work?
If yes, run immediate a job of that system. If it fails run again the credential test.
This would help to understand that whatever interferes does it immediately or not
