catalogs folder size is too big

The folder size is about 33GB. But my Drive C size is about 40GB.  How can I clean this folder? I hope I can get a solution from Symantec.

Hi,

You've got 1 of 2 safe options:

1. move the catalogs as per the TN below to a drive with enough disk space:

2. Truncate the logs, but this only works going forwards meaning you've got to delete old logs. This means that any data needed for restore purposes where the catalog has been deleted would require the tape to be recatalogged.
