I have a quick question!
When restoring a server in a disaster recovery scenario; say the hard disk for that server has failed, I replace the hard disk and deploy Windows Server 2003 Standard edition from a standard image. The server before the disaster was running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition.
So to my question... Does the operating system version have to match exactly or can I restore Enterprise edition over the top of Standard without issue?
