i can't install GOBACK 4.0

 DEAR all:

After I installed windows patch for winxp sp2, I found GOBACK 4.0 which can't record any events, so I uninstalled it, and reinstall it again, but I can't install it ,it display "error 25030", let me restart PC and rerun setup, it always display this message when I restart PC and rerun setup again. Please tell me, how to do? Thanks a lot.
