idr preparation wizard

When running the idr preparation wizard i get to the "Select Computer to Protect".

There are no computers available. I do backups of these particular devices on a weekly backup. Why is it I dont have any selections in the list?

I am now able to "browse" to these devices but I have to add them to the "select computers to protect" list manually.

I then get a password prompt stating "the network name cannot be found" after supplyint the proper login and password.
