i have a customer that need to backup 2 linux server , so i plan to purchase for this 2 agent for linux , it's ok  or must purchase also the remote agent for linux ?

a) 2 agent for linux

or

b) 2 agent for for remote media for linux

Remote media agent for linux makes the linux host into a device that either is a disk storage backup target or has a tape library attached directly to the linux host

Remote agent for linux is there to allow you to backup the linux host to starge devices attached to the windows server.
