Hi,
I have a nas connected to backup exec 2012 vray.
But the space disk is finished then I ask if there is any way to automatic control the space disk or I have to free the space disk manually ?

Backup Exec is in no way aware of how much space is available on a NAS. It simply has no way of knowing what space is available, or what is left free. If you presented LUNs via iSCSI from a NAS it would know how much disk space is available on those LUNs as Windows is now made aware of the disk size and is able to control the rest.
You either need to manually remove the unwanted media, change the retention times and let DLM do the necessary, or get a bigger NAS and make use of iSCSI (read below on how I did this):

As well as Craig's answer please also be aware that DLM has recieved a lot of updates in newer versions of Backup Exec and as such you should really think about upgrading the Backup Exec version go BE 15 to get the latest iteration of DLM management.
Note make sure you carefull check the SCL and HCL before (for both BE 2014 and 15 ) before planning an upgrade as if you have older hardware or software in your environment it may no longer be supported. (for instance BE 15 requires 64 bit operating system and hardware on the Backup Exec server itself)
