Kindly Note That The Oracle Backup Job Still In The Queued  although The Tape Devices Has Space I'm Taking Snapshot To The Secreen

Please Advise.

Per the screenshot which you put earlier, looks like the tape belongs to a media set named - Keep Data Infinitely - Do not allow overwrite.

If the tape is part of this media set and if the job is set to overwrite, then it will not. Insert either a scratch / blank tape or make sure the tape can be appended to. Check the append period of the media set and set the job to append as well in that case.
