problem with GRT while backuping Hyper V servers

Hello,

We are using backup exec 2010 R3 with hyperV agent and want to have the possibility of accessing the files inside the images (avoiding the need to make 2 backups : VHD + data). The backup is fine but with a message (in french :

Sauvegarde -- VRTSRV::\\starfleet01.nafnaf.dom\Hyper-V?HA?VM\vm-tse01V-79-57344-38721 - Echec du montage d'une ou de plusieurs images de disques virtuels :

Then we cannot access the "inside" of the backuped VHD.

Some hints were to install Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 R2 in order to have the exec "vhdmount" on the BE server. That didn't solve our problem .

Do you know of some other solution ????

Did you install the RAWS inside the VM?  This is required to do GRT restore of individual files/folders.  With the Hyper-V agent, you are entitled to install RAWS in the VM without any additional licence.
