"Remove Media" alert auto respond not working

DLT drive, tapes eject fine, but an alert pops up saying to remove media and the next backup won't go until I close the alert. I set it to auto respond to the remove media with a yes, but it doesn't work.

Windows 2003 Server, Backup Exec 10

ARG!

It stopped working!

Yesterday one of the two servers went back to being stuck on the Alert, but I thought it was just a fluke because the other one worked. Today both of them are stuck again.

What else can I do to make this work?
