Tengo un backup exec 2012 que no envía notificaciones por correo desde una cuenta office 365, qué parametros deben ser tenido en cuenta? ya traté con la configuración smtp pero no pude.

You can only send with an SMTP mail server. If O365 can do this (and I don't think it can), then you'd put those settings into the mail server section for alerts, and add in a mail group/mail address of a person that you want to receive mail notifications from the media server.
