upgrade 12.5 to backup exec 2010 sp1

hi all,
had anybody experiences or some problems to upgrade 12.5 to backup exec 2010?
We are running backup exec 12.5 on a standard 2008 server, no problem so far put i want to upgrade because i read backup exec 2010 is faster.
So i can upgrade 12.5 directly to 2010?

yes u can upgrade directly to BUE 2010. to download the software you may go to:
fileconnect.symantec.com

 or you may call licensing department to get information regarding the upgrade

Hello

 You can upgrade from 12.5 to 2010 or 2010 R2,  make sure you have the license key for 2010. Also check the HCL & SCL of 2010.
