upgrade BE12.5 -> BE2012 Exclude list?

Hi all,

Struggling through an upgrade from Backup exec 12.5 to 2012 and I'm not seeing my previous global exculde list migrating to the new version. Is this something that doesn't migrate or am I not looking in the right place for it in BE2012,

Configuration and Settings -> Job Defaults -> Exclude Selections

This list is blank. If the settings migrated in the upgrade it should have about 30 entries.

This is the correct place for the global exclude list.

Check the migration report (this is generated during the 2012 upgrade) & see if anything is mentioned about the global excludes or not..

I search through the install/upgrade log file and there wasn't any mention of the Global Exclude list unfortunately. I've just had to start rebuilding it from scratch. I don't quite understand why this list isn't upgraded since BE2012 has the exact same list.  If it normally is then perhaps I just had an issue with my 12.5 installation.
