upgrade license backup exec 11d to 12-Urgent

Hi all,

I have a big problem, last week i was upgrade license backup exec 11d to 12.After upgrade i receive license key from Symantec but I purchased 5 SQL  agents  but I only receive 1 serial number.

I'm not sure if it's the same with SQL licenses, but with the remote agent licenses, if you order a batch together, you only get one license key, which is then recorded as the right number of licenses when you add the key to BE.

Believe it or not, there isn't a way to tell that I'm aware of. BE simply shows each license once.

However, if you have one license number installed for a single remote agent licenses, BE will let you backup as many remote agents as you like - it doesn't appear to track the licenses in that way.
