How to easily and automatically migrate main.cf and types.cf files from VCS 3.5/4.x up to VCS 5.0MP3 ?

Anyone has any tips or scripts  to convert automatically VCS config files from VCS version 3.5/4.x up to VCS 5.0MP3 ?

Some agents /resources become deprecated, and we have to ensure that they are not present anymore on the upgraded nodes ;

For instance : CFSQlogckd.

Hello.
I've done a lot of such migrations.
And in fact it depends of your VCS config. In 5.0 some agents are deprecated  ( NFSrestart for example) and you must use another one for the same purposes.
Also there is some new options which may be you would like to use and you will not like default values.
But if you haven't any deprecated agents then your old main.cf will work.

About types.cf. Again if you haven't installed any agents than you must use new types.cf from 5.0.
If you use any additional agents you must install new agent versions and import new types for this agents to the new types.cf .

In fact if this is rather typical cluster it is much easier to generate ha* commands to recreate such configuration and after upgrade to 5.0 create main.cf from the beginning with this generated commands.
