VCS Config wizard error

Hi,

I'm having trouble configuring my VCS runing the VCS config wizard.
I have a HP NIC Team configured on windows 2008 server.
SFW HA 5.1

Nic team is reachable via RDP connection som the team works.
But VCS wizard fails with error message:
Unable to detect a public network card with a static ip address !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Kenneth,
   This is a known issue and Symantec has created  a Private Fix to resolve this. Unfortunately, you will need to open a case in order to receive this as it is not available as a public download.

Please reference that article when you speak with a Technical Support Engineer.
