/dev/vx/dsk/wuatp_dg/oravol is already mounted and when you are running "mountall" command it is clearly stating so.

You may have accidentally operated with the volume "/dev/vx/dsk/wintshared_dg/oravol" when the filesystem was already mounted, may  be that is why its giving you an IO error.

Try following for`/wint/ora/applmgr':

# umount -f /wint/ora/applmgr
# df -h --> If you still see IO error against that FS is gone then do the following:

# fsck -F vxfs -o full -n /dev/vx/dsk/wintshared_dg/oravol  --> If you are happy with the report then just run the same command by replacing "-n" with "-y". This is not a must but I would suggest you do it.

# mount -F vxfs /dev/vx/dsk/wintshared_dg/oravol /wint/ora/applmgr
# df -h --> Check if it got mounted.

And if the above "umount -f" does not removes IO error info from df command output then go for a reboot using following procedure:
# touch /etc/vx/state.d/reconfig.d/installdb
# vi /etc/vfstab --> Put a "#" mark infront of all volume manager's volumes.
# shutdown -y -g0 -i6

Once the system comes back
# rm /etc/vx/state.d/reconfig.d/installdb
# vi /etc/vfstab --> remove all # marks from this file that you inserted in the above step.
# vxconfigd -k
# vxrecover -bsE -g < DG names >
# Run fsck on the FS if possible
# Mount the file systems

There could be many ways to go about it, this is one of them.

Dev
