"hagrp -list -localclus" command is not working with VCS 3.5

Hi,
"hagrp -list -localclus" command is not working with VCS 3.5 where as i am able to execute this command and get the output with VCS 4.1 and 5.0.
Could some body please confirm whether this command is there with VCS 3.5 or not?

/opt/VRTSvcs/bin/hagrp -list -localclus
CS:10603:Unknown option: -localclus

will list all available options.
