Backup Exec - DLO Migration

Dears,

I moved Backup Exec DLO to new server with the same name, same disk drive configuration ,, followed the below TechNote

All Backup exec services run successfully without any issue. now i get this error

Failed to copy the network user data folder. Access denied

Could you please help to resolve this issue.

Additionally, if the .pst is open & if you close it, does it get backed up ?

Lastly, ensure the user has full access on the NUDF.
