Discovery Accelerator Failure - Moving messages to PST failed.

I'm trying to export search results to a PST.

follow these steps on the DA server:

you want to trace the accelerator service.

Once completed you can attach it to your first post.

what version of DA? 
any errors messages on screen or in the app log?

Do you know what sp?

Also, is Anti-virus scanning the export location?  If yes, disable it.

If not, could you grab a trace of the Accelerator Service while trying the export?

SP2, I believe.  AV security risk scans ignore this directory.

(What is the best way to get a useful trace?)
