License ordering

Hello,

As known Symantec Express Licensing SKU's are divided in pools based on the license quantity. I agree with the minimum order quantity of 5 Licenses on pool A, but when it comes to add 2,3 or 4 licenses for the same customer it won't proccess the order.

If the customer is the same, and it hasn't passed even 10 days from the first license purchased meaning a new Symantec Agreement Number, why that customer cannot add lesss than 5 licenses for that same SAN?

No one likes to pay for something that is not using!
Hope there's any way type of orders.

Express licensing is transactional, which means they need a minimum of 5 licenses for security (1 license for servers) for each order....

so by this logic, users who add 2 or 3 clients after one agreement should order more than they use? who wants to pay for something not used ? there should be a solution to this...

They have recently changed it to a minimum of 1 license (for express and rewards)

You can get minimum as 1 license for express..
