Do you work with Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0?

Are you interested in becoming Symantec certified and/or STS accredited?

Symantec Education is seeking candidates to take our new Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Certification BETA exam AND Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Symantec Technical Specialist (STS) Accreditation BETA exam.

Beta registration for both exams begins April 29th.

Symantec beta exams are very important because the Certification & STS Accreditation exams will be built from them and their availability is directly dependent upon the results of the upcoming beta exams. Input from experienced practitioners such as  partners and customers is vital to validating the usefulness and appropriateness of these exams.  We greatly value your time and participation and would highly recommend you to complete one or both of these beta exams.

The Certification program is developed for our end users/customers.  Certification exams consist of technical exams at a product/version level that validates that the Symantec Certified Specialist has important knowledge and skills necessary to receive market recognition recognized by Symantec to install, configure, administer, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Symantec solutions.  Certification exams are only available through Prometric proctored testing centers and cost a fee once released as final.

The intended audience for STS Accreditation assessments is partners focusing on the product essentials of installation, configuration, and use of a Symantec product; including pre-install planning, configuration, deploying, upgrading, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Certificates of accreditation are granted indicating mastery of selling/technical concepts and fluency in Symantec product lines. Accreditations are used for Symantec Partner Program designation and benefits.
