I'm trying to setup Vault.Cloud on Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2010 clients.
I have created a journaling contact and also an SMTP Send Connector.
I then activated Journaling on our exchange server mailbox database.
I'm unsure of what to do next. Should our Outlook 2010 clients see a .cloud folder or do I have to do something else?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

dotnetdanny,
It is preferred that you use CloudLink to provision the Outlook webfolder for end-users to access the archive. Here is a link to the latest download for CloudLink as well as the administration documents:
You can also manually create this Outlook webfolder (but this will only faciliate access through the Outlook full desktop client, OWA client access will require CloudLink to provision the folder for your end-users). Here is a link to a video that demonstrates how this can be accomplished:
Cheers.

Are you Office 365? If yes, there is this:

Many thanks for your swift response.
No, we're not using Office 365. It's a Microsoft 2010 Exchange Server with Microsoft Office 2010 Professional.
I think I need to do something with CloudLink to push out the Personal Archive folders to Outlook but I'm not sure how.
Thanks again

Have you already added the users? Not sure if you have seen the Admininstration User Guide but that should have the steps you need. I don't have the most current handy but it should be available to you via the help docs.

There are some users already added.
I'm having some difficulty locating the Administration User Guide.
Any help you could provide in locating that document really would be appreciated.
Sorry, and many thanks again

Other resources I required are:
The ArchiveTools CloudLink Administration Guide V3.3.2.pdf
And I had to create a mailbox user called cloudlinksvc and then run the following powershell command in exchange manager shell :
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name cloudlink_archiveallmailboxes -Role applicationImpersonation -User cloudlinksvc
Thanks again
