Hi there,
Your best bet is to query this with Symantec's Live Office support - you can email them on lof_losupport@symantec.com - this will raise a ticket and an engineer will generally responding in 24 hours or so.
Unfortunately I am not savvy enough with the EV.cloud product to clarify one way or another.
