Anoying Problem

Hi

I have 1800 PC and laptops work fine with EV 6 SP2 most are a mixture of Win2K and WinXP all are using IE at least 5.5 and all are using Outlook 2003. I have two PC's only the display the following message when hitting the Archive Explorer button, the securty setting are the same on these two PC and the rest.

I am plugging my hair out and going grey - anyone any suggestions

This is a recently known issue with the Microsoft update KB924191.

As a workaround, please modify the Mailbox policy you are using. Advanced -> Desktop -> Launch Archive Explorer -> choose Separate Browser.

After you have made this change you will need to manually sync these mailboxes.

this hs now been fixed so upgrade to the latest version (EV6 SP4)
