Archive Service appears to be running but

The above seems to be running ok but hasnt archived any email for 9 months. Our site policy is set to 4 months. How can i get the service to start running properly again

How about restarting everything and check to see what/if any errors crop up. Then try a manual run of one mailbox and again check for errors. That should give us a clue.

Also have a look your site schedule and the schedule on the archive service/task and see that they are set correctly.

And make sure that you have not set the service/task to run in Report only mode.

I would also try running an Archive Run in report mode and check the report. It might have information that will help you.

Also check that the service account has permissions to acces mailboxes still and MAPI is good etc etc......

OK thanks for that, it seems to be working now after making changes to the MAPI as per the documnet
