Archiving Large messages

 I have users who have messages with attachments larger (up to 500 MB). As per management's wishes, I need to be able to get those messages archived. Is it the ConversionTimeout or the MemLimitForTextConversionFallback that I need to adjust? And any recommendations as to a max value?

Am I reading that right? 500MB on a single email? Holy Sweet Baby Gebus!!! Its an email server, not a file store. :D

If I could get the CIO to sign off on a sane email policy I would be locking everything down tight. However, such is our environment and the original questions stand.
