Auto Archival of email

Hi helpers,

                 In my test lab, I have tried to auto archive the email for the users without them marking of what to archive, but after trying all sorts of methods, it still couldn't work automatically instead it works only after the marked.

So would like to check does it works automatically?

Will somebody anwser my question please as this is urgent. I just want to know if i can trigger the archive on the vault server for the clients instead they do the job..

Not sure if I understand you correctly. The archiving into vault is controlled by your policies where you can set to archive by date and/or file type

What version of EV is this?

If it is version 7, have you run the Provisioning task?

If this is version 6 run a full Sync?  Are there any errors in the event logs?

Hi,

To be frank it, doesn't sound like you know much about the product.  I would suggest that you check the documentation.  There are features like 'run now' whereby you can kick off an archive run at the press of a button, as well as scheduled archiving  whereby you can specify when a run should occur.
