Can users delete items from the vault when offline?

Hello,

Is it possible to delete vaulted items when you're offline, using hte vault cache?  When I try it tells me it has to be connected to the network.  Just curious if this is possible or not.

No. When you delete from the VC you are just deleting from the VC this will not delete from the archive. What additional functionality VC provides over OV is that if an item is deleted from the archive these changes are synchronized to the VC whereas they were not before.
