Can view other mailboxes than own in Archive Explorer

We are running EV 2007, have not gone into full production yet, just enabled a large handful of test users.  And recently enabled our functional accounts (shared mailboxes).  Since enabling the functional accounts, it was noticed that when user opens archive explorer they not only see their archive, but a/few functional accounts.  I thought that users were only supposed to have access to their own archive and no one else's?

Jane, users will see all archives in which they have access to the mailboxes -  as EV syncs the permissions automatically from the mailbox/AD to the archive.

If you don't want users to see the shared archives - you can set an explicit deny on the archive.  However, this will stop them opening the archived messages from shortcuts.
