Cannot install the Exchange Forms for EV 6.0 SP1

Hoi Everybody,

I have installed EV 6.0 for e-mail archiving recently. I have to install the Exchaneg forms, I did create a public folder in Exchaneg system manager ( under the EFROMs Regitry) but can't see it in outlook!

The EV account has the "owner" right on this folder but even though he can't see the PF in Outlook!

Does anyone have a suggestion? did you face the same problem?

Thank you.

You can try logging in as an Exchange Admin. Can you tell us how you are browsing to the Organizational Forms folder? Are you doing the below?

From Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2000, do the following:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Other tab.
Click Advanced Options.
Click Custom Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
On the right-hand side of the dialog box, click the Set button.
Click Forms Library and select the folder where you want to install the forms. Click OK.
Click the Install button.
Select the Forms subfolder in the Enterprise Vault Program folder.
Select the language folder that is appropriate to the language of the forms you want to install.
Change the Files to type filter to Form Message (*.fdm)
Double-click EVPendingArchive.fdm and review the displayed properties to check that this is the Enterprise Vault Item.
Click OK.
Click the Install button.
Change the Files to type filter to Form Message (*.fdm)
Double-click EVShortcut.fdm and review the displayed properties to check that this is the Enterprise Vault Shortcut.
Click OK.
Click the Install button.
Change the Files to type filter to Form Message (*.fdm).
Double-click EVPendingRestore.fdm and review the displayed properties to check that this is the Enterprise Vault Restore Pending Item.
Click OK.
Click the Install button.
Change the Files to type filter to Form Message (*.fdm).
Double-click EVPendingDelete.fdm and review the displayed properties to check that this is the Enterprise Vault Delete Pending Item.
Click OK.

When you create your organizational forms folder, make sure you create one with the correct language.
