Citrix AIE and Enterprise Vault User Extension

Has anyone gotten EV User Extensions to work correctly in a Citrix AIE environment.  We get the client installed, however can not view the Archived e-mails.  When we open them up, we can just see the sender and subject, but not the actual e-mail.  This works fine in a reguar citrix environment, just not AIE.  The same issue occurs when using Citrix app streaming.  We are running Citrix PS 4.5 on a 64 bit W2K3 R2 SP2 OS.

I just asked if the original poster has found a solution for this.
If not, I'd suggest that you open a case with Symantec, as this is not a common and widely used implementation, I think. Sorry.
