Hi,

Testing PST Client Driven Migration for test user.

There is no PST locater task - assuming its not mandatory.

PST Migrator task shows

6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Number of retries after a networking error: 7
6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Delay time before a retry after a networking error: 1 Day
6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Location of the holding folder: \\Catom-mdappuw31\PST Holder
6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Location of the temporary files folder: \\server1\W$\PST Temp
6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Number of concurrent migrations: 5
6/9/2009 2:11:08 PM Archive attribute reset denotes a PST has been backed up: False

Nothing is happening from last 3 hours....

Provisioning ran fine and PST migrator task says processing. I have verified the users is logged on and PST is closed but exists on C drive.

Personal Store Management shows the PST file with a status of "ready to copy"

Am I missing anything?

Hi Am I correct in saying that the pst holding area is remote to the ev server? Try perhaps moving it locally. Change the status to migrating and dtrace migrator server. Post this up Also get any events in event event log?

Hi Genie,

PST holding area and temp location are both local to the EV server.

There are no warnings or errors on the server, last event related to PST task which says its has starting processing.

Thanks,

Can you dtrace MigratorServer and change the status in PST file entry to migrating? Below is a technote on Dtracing.

Do you need any more information here?
Have you tried restarting Outlook on the Client?

Cheers
