Client installation error

Has anyone come across client (Full and Lite) installation issues? The installer appears to complete successfully but there is no button or menu functionality in Outlook. I've tried both the Lite and Full clients without luck. The odd thing is that this is a single user on two different machines (both Windows XP) one machine has OLK2K3 SP1 and the other machine has OLK2K3 SP2. No other users are experiencing this problem.

I would also try disable and then re-enable the mailbox.

Make sure that you have enabled the user's mailbox on EV server....then check if the buttons appear.

Do a search on the forum for the "nuclear option" procedure if the other two suggestions don't work. It describes how to completely uninstall the client and reinstall.
