Custodian Management Best Practices

Hi,

I'm fairly new to EV and currently working on a project to help a customer with Custodian Management. While I know what what Custodian Management is I don't have any knowledge or experience with "best practices". If anyone out there has any docs or experience they would like to share I would be much appreciative.
