Deployment Scanner shows Error.

Deplyoment scanner shows error Enterprise Vault was unable to determine the installed version of Microsoft Exchange server.Reason: The Server doesn't Exist or there was a permissions problem communicating.

On one of the exchange servers, can you make the EV service account local admin? Rerun deployment scanner.

Actually all those servers are decommisioned form enviroment

I hope you have removed exchange by deinstalling it, and not by turning off the server and remove it from the network....

Yeah i have done a proper uninstallation of the Exchange servers

First i removed the archiving task for the old exchange server which i wanted to DeComm then i uninstalled it from our enviroment.

As Gertjan said, when you are in DS simply remove these servers from the Exchange section by selecting the server and click on Remove. Make sure you uncheck the "Gather info for Symantec" checkbox and "Do no set configuration"  else you won't see this part.
