In a lab environment I am running DA8 (8.0.0.1318) against Enterprise Vault for Exchange v2007 (7.5-RG2635). I am receiving the following events at Discovery Accelerator Manager Service statup:

Is DA on the same box as EV?  If not, do the version of EV on the DA server match to the service pack of the version of EV server?

 I can't remember what version 7.5-RG2635 of EV off the top of my head - but just so you know DA8 only supports running against EV2007 servers from SP4 up.

Tony, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.  In the lab I have EV 2007 SP5 on one server and DA + EV (v.8) on another server.  On the DA server I uninstalled EV 8 and installed EV 2007 SP5 and things are now working as designed.
