Discovery Acclerator for EV

Hi there,

Is there any good documentation ( step by step ) with screen shot on how to implement discovery acclerator?  I

How is the discovery acclearator differ from Compliacen acclerator?

where do I download the DA service pack ?

Am I right to say that EV 8.0 is currenlty having Service Pack2. Any other hot fixes required. 

Is outlook 2007 support on EV8.0 ?

Sorry, but outside the install and config guide there isn't a Step-by-Step with pictures that I know of.

Discovery Accelerator is meant to enable companies to perform enterprise searches for Litigation response, Investigation, and even Early Case Assessment, etc..whereas Compliance is designed to help customers comply to the standards of the regulatory bodies they are subject to.

With regards to Outlook 2007 --

Yes, it's supported on the EV server (and on the client)..

Check the Compatibility Guide, for information on all the different combinations and permutations (there are caveats to using Outlook 2007 on the EV server) :

We are running DA 8.0 SP2 with Outlook 2007 SP2 and have not encountered any problems.  You can find the path to downloads here http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/292866.htm

There is a post SP2 hotfix that you will need to install that is for EV 8.0 SP2 but must also be applied on the DA sever as there are EV bits on it.
