Does anyone know how to configure an active/passive vault environment ?

I once succeeded in such a configuration, it resulted in some services being hosted, I do have screenshots from it, but until now I'm unable to set up such environment.
Can anybody give me some guidelines ?

Are you using VCS? Is that the scenario you are referring to?

I'm not using VCS, and as far as I know I've followed the building blocks section in the document you mentioned.
When changing the dns alias to point to the standby failover server, updating service locations do not create services in hosted mode.

Did you get an errors when you ran the USL? If so what are they? And what happens when it is completed?

No error at all, no eventlog.
Do you know what to set more than VaultConfiguration in dtrace for monitoring ?
