EV 10 Trial

Hi

Is it possible to get EV10 trial now? I have seen a link for 9 but couldnt find 10.

How long is the trial for? When we buy the license do we just put the code in - and dont need to reinstall or anything like that?

It looks like 10 has been officially released so depending on your support agreement you could just upgrade.

You should probably contact your sales rep to get ev10 access and a trial key But like Fork said, if you have a valid support and maintenance contract you should have been emailed an upgrade notification (it's usually sent to the purchaser of EV, so may be a different department, if you're not sure, contact your sales rep and they will tell you who it was mailed to) In that email will be a link to licensing portal where you can get your full ev10 license and a link to file connect, you simply put in your product key and it will link you to ev10 download

This is for a brand new install so we probably need to go to our reseller and ask them to organise.

Yup, the reseller or symc themselves will be able to get you the software and a thirty day trial and extend it out as needed, just be prepared to be the sales people's new best friend :)

GeoffRose, have you considered engaging consulting to help design and implement your EV solution? While yes, your rep can get you an eval license, EV is a very complex and highly configurable application which really requires a lot of experience and a specialized skillset to do right and to get the most from it.
