EV error when clicking on mail box folder in Archive explorer or browser search

Hi,

I am facing with a user that when the user is clicking on Inbox (or any other folder ) in Archive explorer, the user is getting a file download message ( screenshot attached) that ArchiveExplorer.smi file needs to download or not. if select save,,nothig happening.   Also when I click browser search , it will promot to download from the brower search and if i click donwload, its showing a file that  "seach02k.smi" file to save ( screenshot attached) if its save. nothign happening.  This issue is for one user only.

Your second screenshot looks like an ActiveX and/or scripting issue.  It would be worth checking the Internet Explorer settings between a working and non-working machine...  and/or does this users machine get hit by a particular Group Policy ? (I've seen that dialog appear when you have MetaRefresh turned off in Group Policy, under IE)

eventhough all the activex enabled to download and the site is added to trusted site.

still the IE is asking to download and save.
