EV 8 Migrator for netbackup 7

Current configuration :--

Netbackup 7 ( Master)
Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP4

Trying to configure EV migrator for Enterprise Vault .

I have based on the Admin guide to configure EV migrator backup policy job .

Netbackup adminguide Entvault.pdf Page 123, im unable to locate any Veritas Netbackup under the Vault store partition > Advanced.

When manual run the backup job it prompt "backup policy" does not have a list of files to back up .
Any additional license required for EV migration?

Event ID: 4217 Required license not installed. An Enterprise Vault license is required for the following feature but the license is not installed: |Feature: Open Storage Layer (OSL) Collector Migrator

Need to change the migration tab on the partition to NBU migrator instead of EnterVault .
