EV Directory services is taking time longer time to come up

Hi,We are running on EV 10.4.Recenty we have changed the service account password and after that we are started facing issue with Directory server which is taking nearly 3min to start all other services will comeup fast except directory.When ever we restart the directory services it will start in a second but the actual event id 1892 with generate after 3min.Here is the Dtrace from directory attached

Did you change the password on the services, or via the EV console? If on the services, can you do it via the console? That should not only change it on the services, but also on dcom permissions etc.

Login as VSA, open console, rightclick site, properties, then there is a tab with systemaccount. when changed, click apply. it will show you it changes it on the services, and prompts you to restart the services.
