EV_Help.chm missing

Hello all,

I'm missing the EV_Help.chm file within the EV 10.0.3 CD for english. In Chinese and Japanese it is still there. Do anybody knows why that usefull file is not shared?

I have it on my machine no problems, not sure why yours wouldnt have it?
